Company was established in 1991 by Rod Catterall, with the corporate
head office located at Virginia Park Business Estate, 10 North Drive,
232-236 East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh Victoria. We are a specialist
provider of workplace safety training courses and consultants. We
have designed and developed a wide range of courses that specifically
address the issues of occupational violence, physical education,
personal safety, health and fitness. The content is tailored for
the individual organisation or facility to industry standards, based
on clients required outcomes and time frames, with induction and
refresher courses for new and existing staff.
Our presentation and discussion format is interspersed with simple
practical skills, delivered in a safe and positive environment by
way of inhouse training and public workshops, suitable for everyone
regardless of gender or physical ability. Our training will be based
on case studies and role plays on your work environment and designed
to reflect "real" work place scenarios. They give participants
the ability to apply the skills taught, in a non-threatening environment
where they are able to receive feedback not only from the facilitator
but also from their colleagues. This approach provides powerful
and relevant learning for the participants. Suitable for staff in
the following sectors: health, welfare, community services, disability,
education, local government, aged care and corporate.
The company has public and professional liability/indemnity insurance.
Our qualifications and experience have been achieved over many years
with extensive training in behaviour management & communications,
group management, health & safety, sports psychology, risk management,
class planning, role of the coach, delivering and assessing workplace
training programs. All consultants are bound by the national code
of practice and must undergo extensive in-house train the trainer
study to be assessed as competent to All Stars standards. Through
our persistance and diligence to provide a professional service,
our company has won the prestigious award of "Highly Recommended
Provider in Customer Service", through the Australian Achiever
Awards Scheme 2000-2001.

skills training the use of specially designed equipment, detailed
handout notes, complimentary certificates and qualified facilitator.
