The” Holistic Way” is to aid the body to rebalance
itself in order to be able to heal itself. It can be said that more
often than not, the ailments existing within our bodies can be created
through overly excessive lifestyles, beliefs and expectations that
create a disorder within the complex unit we call our bodies. Thus
leading to the term DIS- eased. That is exactly what the term means.

and public workshops. These treatments can be by way of one on one
consultations, small group or overnight treatments at the Samaya
Retreat on the Mornington Peninsula. Price includes the consultant
nd practitioners advice & training and knowledge of nutrition,
behaviour management, communications, psychology, and the physiological
