Our training has been developed through years of study from areas
such as Sports Science, Education, Biomechanics, Nutrition and Physiology.
Our methodology is one of using positive reinforcing, teaching the
physical aspects to a student and developing the mind through strict
discipline. Together they build a strong ethical, moral philosophy
and spiritual introspection, that which is essential to the overall
development of the student. All classes are structured to promote
respect for others and oneself, discipline, confidence, concentration,
fitness, flexibility, co ordination and self defence. The journey
is an internal one, overcoming the battles that rage within in order
to find happiness and contentment.
Before joining into a class the club it is highly recommended that
you seek medical advice before starting any physical activity. After
you have been given the all clear to undertake physical activity,
then you then can set your intention on working the mind as well
as the body, once you start you should plan on never stopping. Even
when it becomes harder, as this will only strengthen your spirit
and develop a strong mind, benefiting you in the long run.
