PREMISE OF TRAINING
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: All areas of the syllabus must be of
a high standard.
MENTAL ATTITUDE: Training-Must show desire to attain next
rank. Judged through attendance (Minimum 90% attendance),
weekly performance and attitude. Some training to be placed
under pressure.
LEADERSHIP QUALITIES: Needed for all senior ranks as you
are regarded as an instructor. You will be responsible for
taking some classes, this will foster an ability to motivate
yourself and others.

All Grades above Black Belt 1st Dan are done with the adults
as the requirements are unchanged from here on in. (Except
for the time duration for kids 2nd Dan is 1.5 minute rounds
instead of 2 or 3 minute rounds with the focus of non contact.
