Samaya
means inner sanctum of health and well being for peace and tranquility.
Situated right at the backdoor of one of the most pristine coastal
areas of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula's Spa region. Samaya Retreat
will provide you with as much or as little activity as you wish
for, with only minutes access to state parks and coastal beaches.
One thing you will notice at Samaya are the many different images
of the Buddha, which represents "The Enlightened One"
a symbol of love, compassion and salvation. There are many variants
of Buddhism but they are all motivated by the quest to attain a
long lasting state of contentment through mental, spiritual and
moral discipline.
 What
we have created is a Balinese style retreat, where you can
relax, rejuvenate and have the time for reflection. You can
also enjoy a relaxing experience while you cool down in the
natural spring water of our plunge pool, have a quiet afternoon
nap on the bali day bed, work on your sun tan on the lounge
chairs or just read one of many good books from our library,
while laying on the hammock. We have a separate meditation
area which is surrounded by split bamboo screens with simple
planting and oriental statues for a peaceful setting.
A peaceful weekend dedicated to wellbeing, balance and harmony,
only 90 minutes or 1 1/2 hour drive from Melbourne. Retreat
includes a schedule program of activities, with a delicious
and healthy menu of 6 well balanced meals a day, designed
to increase your metabolism, boost your energy levels and
to help detox your system. The fresh coastal sea breezes,
activity filled days and followed by wonderfully silent nights
of rejuvenating sleep, coupled with the legendary service
of the All Stars team of trainers, will ensure a memorable
and productive weekend. |

Separate dining, 2 bathrooms, Spa Bath, 3 showers, 4 car garage/Personal
