Our training is active and engaging, while the material presented
is always practical and relevant, with the content delivered specifically
to each schools year level with an emphasis on
participation and fun.
Price includes the instructor, the use of specially designed equipment,
public liability insurance. Most importantly instructor knowledge
of health & physical education, youth development of perceptual
motor skills, behaviour management, communications, safety, sports
psychology, class planning, role of the coach, game sense and delivering

The sport programs mostly involve physical training mixed with
theory. The personal development training is lecture based learning
incorporating role plays, life skill group discussions and some
written questions. Detailed student manuals can be provided for
participants on the course material presented, to assist with the
learning process. Courses are generally booked by the hour over
a minimum of 8 weeks, however shorter or longer session times are
available on request. All our courses are delivered by qualified,
enthusiastic and motivated trainers.
