Workplace Training -
(Accredited by the State Training Board of
Victoria).
Our involvement with these industries include inhouse
training courses, public workshops and corporate health retreats.
Over the years a number of different courses have been developed
to suit the needs of different organisations. All Stars Occupational
Services are one of the most professional training organisation
providing training for staff in the following sectors: health, welfare,
community, disability, education, local government and aged care
in Victoria and Australia.
Suitable applicants must have existing experience in areas
of occupational violence prevention or physical education to be
aligible to teach in evasive self defence, aggression outlet training
programs in Australia, and are required to attend all the relevant
training to teach these programs. For interstate applicants they
will need to be registered as a business, and are required to attend
all the relevant training to teach our programs. All Training is
conducted in Victoria unless otherwise arranged. See our Licensing

School Programs
- (Accredited
by the Australian Sports Commission).
Our involvement with the schools include integration into the current
sports programs, conducting inservice days, inhouse clinics, after
school activities and school holiday programs. Over the years a
number of different courses have been developed to suit the needs
of different schools and the year levels they are incorporated into.
All Stars are the largest teaching and training organisation to
primary and secondary schools in Victoria and Australia.
Suitable applicants must have a black belt or equivalent
to be aligible to teach in self defence, health and fitness programs
in Victoria, and are required to attend all the relevant training
to teach these programs. All Training is conducted in Victoria unless

Martial Arts Industry -
(Accredited by the World Karate & World Kickboxing Association).
Franchises available - Suitable applicants must be existing
black belts instructors. Applicants must be prepared to run the
club under All Stars martial arts teacher training terms & conditions.
This enables the instructor to teach martial arts or kickboxing
and operate a branch under All Stars. Training is only run in Melbourne
at presently for 44 weeks of training per year (maximum 3 sessions
per week required) an additional 1 hour private instructor sessions

Personal Training -
(Accredited by the Kinect Australia, or Fitness
Australia).
Franchises available
- Suitable applicants must be existing personal trainers or have
just finished there fitness accreditation with a recognised RTO.
Applicants must be prepared to run A personal training studio under
All Stars personal training studio terms & conditions. This
enables the trainer run personal training and group fitness classes
out of the studio as a branch under All Stars. All Training is conducted
in Victoria unless otherwise arranged. See our Licensing agreement

How much will it cost
Cost will vary depending on which business opportunity
and programs you choose. Price includes all manuals, training DVDs,
specially designed equipment, the intensive training, public liability
insurance, most importantly the education and knowledge of how to
run a successful business. For more information you will need to

in boxing or kickboxing. Non qualified applicants may engage qualified
teachers to actually conduct the sessions and the licensee take
the assistant's role. Administrative and marketing, skills are also
very important.

in the area of Health, Fitness & Martial Arts. This has made
All Stars the pioneer and leader in this field and will continue
to drive the organisation to expand to reach as many people as possible
and to maintain the standards already attained.
Working hours which suit you are another benefit of
the All Stars Licensing Agreement. Classes can be organised to suit
and where opportunities to run classes at times that conflict with
your own timetable, stand in teachers can be trained to run those
classes. The potential however is to earn substantially more by
the licensee running more sessions, or engaging a teacher to run
more sessions in the original centre or perhaps opening another
centre within the licensee's area.
