School Booking Terms & Conditions - (Last updated 23/11/11 )

1. Participants with Disabilities- enquire with our head office before booking online.
2. To accept this quotation, please send in written notification. Acceptance of the quotation is required within 30 days of the program delivery date on our online booking page.  
3. Bookings online will only be taken, no phone booking will be accepted.
4. Changes to booking; must be made in writing by email, no phone changes will be accepted.
5. Facilities required for program delivery, except as otherwise advised in writing by Rod Catterall, will be provided by Client.   The venue needs to be large enough for 20 participants to be able to stand in a circle and swing their arms and not touch one another.
6. Supervising Teachers must be available to assist in demonstrations (1 school teacher per 30 students) and in maintaining discipline during the session for participants under the age of 18 years.
7. Numbers - There is a maximum number of participants per session of 30 per trainer. This is to ensure a high level of supervision at all times. If the group is a challenging group with behavioral issue then the maximum numbers will be reduced to 15 to ensure a level discipline is also maintained. If numbers go over 30 for mainstream school groups a standard rate per head will apply. If there are less than 30 participants taking part then the minimum charge will still apply.
8. Right of refusal - All Stars reserves the right to have students that wont listen are rude and continue to disrupt the session, to be
   • sat out for the duration of the session or
   • removed from the class room for the remainder of the session or
   • banned from attending any future classes with us.
9. Cancellation and postponement policy is as follows: no charge if the program is cancelled or postponed more than four weeks prior to the training. A fee of 40% of the agreed fee is payable if the program is cancelled or postponed within four weeks of the program and 100% of the fee is payable if the program is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of the program delivery.
10. Guarantee - we guarantee to turn up to our booking or the next booking is free.
11. Injuries, illness or special needs must be brought to the attention of the trainer before the course commences.
12. Indemnity clause- The Client hereby absolves and indemnifies Rod Catterall Associates (All Stars Group ) the providers and all their servants, agents, employees and other persons under the providers control (the "indemnified") from all liability arising for injury or damage (including but not limited to the, property and damage and / or personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise) however caused, including by the negligence of the indemnified, arising out of or connection with the program or participation in the program or in anyway caused by, or arising from the actions of Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group) . The Client , has been advised of and understands that the practice of techniques demonstrated during the program is potentially dangerous.
