Booking Terms & Conditions - (Last updated 27/8/08 )

1. Participants with Disabilities- enquire with our head office before booking online.
2. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
3. Space we require to run training in is an enclosed room with open floor space. In addition we may require a TV, VCR, cassette or CD player, whiteboard and overhead projector.
4. Supervisor must be available to assist in demonstrations during the session for participants under the age of 18.
5. Injuries, illness or special needs must be brought to the attention of the trainer before the course commences.
6. Bookings online will only be taken, no phone booking will be accepted. Fax or email bookings are only accepted when online bookings page is not available.
7. Cancellation and postponement policy is as follows: no charge if the workshop is cancelled or postponed more than four weeks prior to the training. A fee of 40% of the agreed fee is payable if the workshop is cancelled or postponed within four weeks of the workshop and 100% of the fee is payable if the workshop is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of the workshop
8. Maximum numbers - There is a maximum number of participants per session of 25 per 1 training consultant. If numbers go over 25 , a standard rate per head will apply. If there are less than 25 participants taking part then the minimum charge will still apply.
9. Charges -
   • Corporate training - (Price for Corporate training will be decided after consultation with the appropriate staff members). The minimum fee is based on a minimum of 10 participants for a minimum of 3 hours. Our maximum number of participants is 20 per group. We can provide training for smaller groups under the minimum number of 10 , but the minimum fee and time frame will still apply. (Please discuss larger group at time of booking).
   • School programs - The minimum fee of $98 plus gst for 50 minutes is based on maximum number of 25 students in atendance. We also can provide sessions at $120 per hour or $165 per 100 minutes. This is for school bookings in the local Melbourne Metropolitan area under a 100 minute travel time to and from office.
   • Corporate retreats - The minimum rate of $350 per head (8 people) for 1 night accommodation will apply for bookings. (Costs may vary per retreat & camp depending on programs, accommodation, catering and other services required).
10. Additional costs -
• Long distance ; where travel time there and back exceeds 100 minutes an additional fee of $50 per hour there after for travel time will apply. Does not inclide Corporate bookings
• Additional trainers; must be discussed at time of booking.
• Interstate ; economy class airfare will be charged on all interstate bookings, including pick and drop of from airport and training room.
• Accommodation; standard room accommodation will be charged if the travel time exceeds 3 hours.
11. Penalty interest of 1% on the outstanding amount compounding daily will be charged on all accounts overdue more than 7 days.
12. Changes to booking; must be made in writing by fax or email, no phone changes will be accepted.
13. Invoice terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise arranged prior to booking. All training courses are invoiced in full and must be paid prior to commencement.
14. Payment must be made in full by direct deposit into our nominated bank account or by business cheque with prior arrangement.
15. Certificate of completion will be presented at the end of any course over 3 hours.
16. Indemnity clause- In all other cases and except where inconsistent with the above, the Applicant for him/herself, his/her executors, administrators, dependents and other personal representatives, hereby absolves and indemnifies the providers and all their servants, agents, employees and other persons under the providers control (the "indemnified") from all liability howsoever arising for injury or damage (including but not limited to the Applicants' person, whether fatal or otherwise, property and personal belongings) however caused including by the negligence of the indemnified, arising out of or participating in the training or in connection with the training or in anyway caused by, or arising out of, any activity carried on by the indemnified. I, the Applicant, have been advised and understand that the practice of these techniques is potentially dangerous. I, the Applicant, agree to occupy and use the premises provided at risk to myself and release to full extent permitted by law (Rod Catterall ), The All Stars Group of Companies, and its agents, servants, contractors and employees from all claims and demands of every kind in of or resulting from any accident or damage to property or injury or death to myself while undertaking training with the All Stars Group of Companies.
